This tool generates a summary utility graph from a utility score.
It currently works with the utility scores produced by gdaUtility.py. The tool is implemented in the python code gdaPlotUtility.py, found at https://github.com/gda-score/code/tree/master/graphs. Following is an example of a summary utility graph.
